Right to Reply & Complaints Policy
Paddock Passion is committed to fair, accurate reporting. Any individual or organisation that is the subject of our coverage, or any reader, may request a right of reply or make a complaint.
How to make a complaint or request a reply
Email editor@paddockpassion.com with "Right to Reply" or "Complaint" in the subject line. Please include:
- a link to the article in question;
- the specific passage or claim at issue;
- what you believe is inaccurate or unfair, and any supporting evidence;
- the response or correction you are seeking.
How we handle it
- We acknowledge complaints within two business days.
- We review the claim against our source material and aim to resolve it within seven business days.
- Where a factual error is confirmed, we correct the article promptly, append a dated correction note and update its modification date, in line with our corrections policy.
- Where a subject of coverage is entitled to a reply, we will publish a fair and proportionate response or reflect it in the article.
- If you are dissatisfied with the outcome, you may ask for the matter to be escalated to the editor for a final review.
